The claim took less than two weeks to process and I was reimbursed about 70%!!! So awesome. This is such a financial relief. I’m happy with my Spot experience overall.

I’ve had your Pet insurance for a while now and never had the opportunity to use it. My dog Cody, a little Shih Tzu had a seizure and I had to rush him to the emergency pet clinic. I notified you A Day after and you were so kind and everyone took care of everything I didn’t have any questions. Everything was very clear and how to do things and you settled everything for me quite quickly and I thank you so much. It’s quite a relief Cody so far is doing fine.
