They have made the process for…
They have made the process for submitting a claim very easy and seamless. I was able to quickly upload the vet bill answer a few questions and then within a few days the payment for covered items was deposited directly into my account.

Great easy and quick claim processing
Great easy and quick claim processing. If guidelines are met they always reimburse. I prefer Spot over many other pet insurances. Great coverage at a very affordable price

I feel like they care about my dog and his well-being.
I feel like the claim process was easy to do and the receptionist was really accommodating and helpful when I made the first call and also when I had to call again for some questions. My concerns and questions were addressed and answered. Thank you.

Quick response and turn around and good customer service…
After the claim form was filed along with all the veterinarian documents and receipts, they were very quick to send out the reimbursement insurance check. Spot on spot good.
