Thank you for your review of the SpotOn collar. Cellular service has no effect on containment or correction, as that is all controlled by GPS satellites. We did send an update to all SpotOn Nova users. This update should enhance its performance, particularly with GPS precision. If you haven’t already, please open your app, connect to your collar via Bluetooth, and install the update to take advantage of these improvements. Thank you for the review, and we appreciate the feedback. Currently, if the collar runs low on battery, a red light will appear on the collar, along with a low-battery notification if you have an active cellular subscription. You can also invite a family member to have access to the collar in the app. You can do this from the profile page within the app by clicking the share button next to "My dogs and Escape records". If you would like help adding family members to your account or have general questions or concerns, please reach out to the team. We would be more than happy to talk and answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for your review and honest feedback. What you are most likely experiencing is a false correction due to the collar being in the home and the satellite signal being unable to locate it. Sometimes the signal will come down from orbit to locate the collar, bounce off your roof, and land near or outside the fence line, triggering a false correction because the system thinks the dog has left. There is an easy fix to this problem. All you will need to do is edit your fence and add a home zone over the building. This will designate the home as a safe place and disable correction while within the area. If you have additional questions or need help adding a home zone, please contact the support team. We will gladly take care of you and resolve the issue.

Thank you for the review. Manual Feedback should only be used to reinforce commands that your dog already knows. We have designed manual feedback with your dog's safety in mind. There are built-in timing safeguards, including: 4 seconds between Alerts, 2 seconds between Vibrations, and 2 seconds between Static.
