Excellent Customer Service
I recently lost my dog's Spot On collar and the customer support for trying to locate it and then replacing it was excellent.

Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support, kind and caring and very patient with questions from noobies; the product is excellent although there are connectivity problems from time to time and sometimes these are at the worst times (one of our dogs gets outside the fence); we have two units and sometimes one works perfect while the other cannot connect to the satellites no matter how long we are out. Overall this is a terrific safeguard for anyone who loves their furry family members; the customer support is tops and makes up for the hiccups these units have from time to time.

Great service! Thank you.
One of our 2 dog collars became defective. SpotOn replaced the unit and within a few days we received a new collar. Everything is working perfectively. Thank you for the great service!

I have two Great Pyrenees that love to…
I have two Great Pyrenees that love to guard but also love to roam, with spot on I can give theme plenty of range on my 110 acres and always know where they are! They respect their boundaries and stay around my horses and chickens! Best money I have spent in a while!

Quick, helpful support, collars work
We have two collars. Both are effectively keeping our Siberian huskies within the property but the glue on one of the collars fell apart. Called customer service. They had me mail in the collar. They sent me a new collar. Support was quick and helpful.
