Thank you for your honest review and feedback. If you are having issues receiving notifications or enabling tracking, that is all cellular-related. Satellites are solely responsible for keeping the fence active and providing tones and corrections to the dog. Cell is only for notifications and tracking features. If your dog is being corrected inside the Home Zone, it could be due to the fence line being too close to your Home Zone, not fully encompassing the entire home, or not accounting for GPS drift. Thank you for the review and feedback. If you need to restart the collar on a regular basis, this may indicate a potential issue with the unit, and reccomned reaching out to the support team. We can provide troubleshooting steps to ensure the collar is working properly, and if not, the team member can start a warranty claim to get the issue resolved.

Thank you for the feedback. The message you are receiving indicates that, at the time the command is issued, the collar or your phone has a weak cellular signal and can't execute it. The cellular subscription is fully optional and not required for active containment; it can be added or canceled at any time. Generally, the best practice to fix this issue is to power cycle the collar, which will allow it to search the area for the nearest cell tower with the strongest signal. When it comes to containment and correction, those solely rely on GPS satellite connection. As long as the unit is connected to satellites, your dogs are contained and will receive tones and corrections whenever they get close to the fence, even if you do not receive a notification on your cell phone. Thank you for the review. The battery life on the collar will vary depending on your dog's activity level and how often they test the fence line. Turning tracking on for an extended period of time will also drain the collar significantly faster. Battery saver mode disables cellular features within the app while your dog is within the fence to preserve battery life. Turning it on will hide the battery icon; however, while within battery saver mode, if you connect to the collar via Bluetooth, the battery Icon will reappear. I was able to locate your account. Mona's collar looks to be in good condition. There are numerous tracking sessions that run for over an hour and, in some cases, for 24 hours. This is contributing to your battery life, not performing as intended. If starting a manual tracking session, always remember to turn it off after the dog is located to preserve battery life. A simple power cycle can fix this issue. Once the power cycle is complete, try issuing a manual tracking session. This should resolve the issue.
