Hi Sherry, Thank you for the feedback. I reviewed your account and can confirm that your fence is too small. We require at least half an acre for the Omni collar to accurately contain your dog. Your current fence for Riley is sitting at .15 acre. Please reach out to the team, and we can look into ways of extending your fence to make it work for you. You can contact us 7 days a week at [email protected] or call 603-488-1504 Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the collar’s performance has been inconsistent, and we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when reliability and responsiveness are so important for your dog’s safety and your peace of mind. What you described is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we also apologize for the delay in support response times. We know that troubleshooting issues over multiple interactions can be frustrating, particularly when you rely on the collar daily. We’d appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look at the collar and work toward a more permanent resolution for you. Please reach back out to our support team with your account information so we can further investigate the intermittent behavior you experienced with tones, vibration, and correction functionality. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our product experience and customer support. Hello! We have an update for you. But first, we want to thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As a small business, we take our customers' feedback seriously and use it to grow and enhance our product. Feedback like yours is why an update is available that should enhance performance, particularly GPS precision. If you haven’t already, please open your app, connect to your collar via Bluetooth, and install the update to take advantage of these improvements. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected] (available every day) or 603-488-1504 (M–F 8am–5pm, Sat 8am–12pm EST). Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are always striving to improve the system and offer more ways to contain your dog for longer. We reccomned turning on extended battery mode within the collar settings. This will help Pronglong's battery life by disabling cellular connectivity while within the fence. If you would like to learn more or need additional assistance, please contact the team at [email protected]

We are so sorry to hear that a piece of the connector broke. Please contact the team at [email protected]. We can evaluate the damaged piece, send you a replacement, or, if the collar is damaged, have it repaired. All collars come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, along with one-time free accident forgiveness.

Thank you for your review. The collar has not had any internal updates that have changed the cellular connection. If the collar has started having issues staying connected to the cell, it could indicate a problem with the collar itself, or the cell towers in your area may have been updated, removed, or overloaded due to the number of customers using them. A cellular connection is not needed for your dog to be actively contained by the fence, as containment is fully controlled by a GPS satellite connection, whereas a cellular connection is only used for tracking/notifications. If you believe there is an issue with the collar, please reach out to support and request that it be sent in for inspection and possible repair.

We are sorry to hear you are having battery issues with the collar. Various factors can cause the battery to drain faster than expected, such as collar damage, cold weather, leaving tracking turned on, or an increase in your dog testing thier boundaries. All collars come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, along with one-time free accident forgiveness within the first year. We would be happy to help troubleshoot any issues you may be facing and work to resolve them. Contact the support team with any questions or concerns, and we will gladly troubleshoot the issue. You can contact the team by email at [email protected] or by phone at 603-488-1504, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST and Saturdays from 8 am to noon.

Thank you for the honest review. Due to the recent high demand for our newest collar, the SpotOn Nova edition, we unfortunately had to temporarily increase our delivery time. SpotOn is proudly manufactured in the U.S.A and built in New Hampshire. We pay fair, livable wages to all our employees, and our manufacturing team is building units as fast as possible. While I understand you are eager to get your dog accustomed to the system (we're excited for you!), we ask for your patience while we manufacture and build the collars ASAP. Once the unit ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on the collar until it arrives. If you paid for expedited shipping, the unit will be expedited per your request when it leaves our facility. Should you have any questions or want an update on your order, you can reachout to us anytime at [email protected]. We are happy to help. You can also call us at 603-488-1504 Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST and Saturdays 8 am to noon.
