SpotOn Fence is amazing. Our dogs are able to run freely within our 4 acre property. I trained them as suggested in the videos supplied by SpotOn. About 4 months after my purchase of the SpotOn Fence system one of my collars would not charge. I called customer service and they immediately shipped me a replacement collar when the trouble shooting didn't solve the problem. Within three days I had my replacement collar. I am extremely pleased with the SpotOn Fence system and customer service.

We love the freedom of knowing our dog has over 2 acres-including some wooded areas-to roam, but is contained. She is still getting to know her boundaries, as it is a large area, but the system seems to be working well. The only downside is the collar itself-our dog is smaller, 40 pounds, and the collar is heavy and hot in warmer weather. Maybe a mesh collar that's more breathable and lighter?

Purchased without knowing about the free review of your property and house Based on the shape of my lot and house placement, I would say this is a rural application bs urban or suburban based on conflicting lot line distances 10-20’ and the house setback of 10-20 feet. I struggled with it for weeks and THEN called support. EXCEPTIONAL service. After a full review, the engineer explained why my lot shape and house placement would not do well with the product and offered a full refund. Bottom line, they made it right and spend the time on the pre-assessment they I didn’t know about. Made the wrong thing right and owned it. So well done!!

Collar operates as expected, dog responds well to the sound and vibration.

My dog, Tucker, has a high prey drive. In the beginning he would blow through the fence. I doubt he felt anything from it. However, he received correction on two occasions I witnessed when he casually approached the line. After that he became very careful about respecting the warnings. He goes outside alone and I no longer worry about it. For anyone thinking about using this system, my advice is to be patient. This isn't an overnight fix but once the dog "gets it", the investment is worth it.

Customer service was phenomenal. Living local in NH I appreciate that the guy I was talking to was from a few towns over and offered unsolicited training tips that he learned from using the collar with his own dog. I have suggested the collar to every friend I know with a dog and land for them to run on. I would offer one suggestion- if it was possible to work in a training mode like sports dog e-collars (which my dog responded really well too) then the collar would cover every training need we have with dogs. Keep up the great work!

Collar works very well but I noticed that the plastic collar is starting to tear between the two boxy parts of the collar? Concerned that collar is going to stop working eventually?
