I love the concept of the collar but…
I love the concept of the collar and fence but it's very hard to tell when its on or low on batteries. I had a cheap invisible fence before and it had a light on when the device was on and had battery life and it would blink when it was low on battery. So basic and simple. I have a family of 5 and it's difficult to teach everyone how slow it takes and to make sure the collar is on. And then if it's not charged you don't know that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand how important it is to easily confirm that the collar is powered on and ready to use, especially with multiple family members caring for your dog. SpotOn has built-in LED indicators to help communicate the collar's status. A solid white light indicates the fence is active and ready for containment, while a flashing white light means the collar is acquiring a GPS signal. When charging, a flashing green light indicates the battery is charging, and solid green means it's fully charged. A red light may indicate a low battery or inactive fence. You can check these indicators by briefly pressing the collar's power button, and the app also allows you to view the battery level. We appreciate your suggestion for a simpler way to monitor the collar's status and will share your feedback with our team. If you need assistance, our Support team is always happy to help!
