Great customer service. I love how easy it is to set up at my parents' house and in-laws. We can bring our dog to family gatherings and not worry about his whereabouts. Since we introduced them to SpotOn, two of my brothers have set up the fence for their own dogs, and I love that we can join their network. It doesn't prevent my dog from occasionally chasing the neighbor's cat, but I can easily track him when he escapes. The collar is durable and easy to use. Charging it every night is critical, and we've made that a part of our bedtime routine.

SpotOn has been great for my escape artist in controlling boundaries that work for me. I have set another boundary at our local dog park as both dogs needed socialization skills and it has worked beautifully. Training videos have been immensely useful as well. My biggest dilemma is that with another dog, who is not an escape artist, but does go beyond the boundaries could be a potential risk. I’d like to purchase another Nova for him, but the price is currently too high to justify.
