Working with my new account rep Chris jones is amazing - his follow through, attention to detail and pro active , continuous customer service to ensure things are moving forward are refreshing . It’s been a short time that I have interacted with Chris but I feel a renewed sense of value as a customer with his customer service . I have heard more from Chris in th past month than anyone in years . This comment should not take away from his skill or accomplishments - he is doing a fantastic job and it’s appreciated. Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions patiently and clearly .
