I want to thank Shura Boz for all of the help he has been over the past couple of weeks. I had a problem that was not easy to resolve. After the passing of our AE (Dniel), Shura really stepped up to make sure everything was working well. He has even reach out to me a couple of times to follow up to make sure that all is still going well. After more than 20 years working with different POS systems, I feel I am in good hands when it comes to service and quality. Many thanks Shura!!!

My experience with SpotOn has been amazing. Truly first class service by Ivan Monroy and his team members. Ivan is fast and effective in resolving issues with a friendly attitude. Other CC vendors have horrible service with bad training. Thank you, SpotOn for understanding my need for fast, efficient, and friendly service.

At the beginning I spoke with a girl/lady named Mary, who carefully and attentively helped me to go through my situation. She transferred me to the manager, Shawn Chestnut, who was also extremally attentive and willing to help me to solve the situation. I am very grateful of him and his support.

After ten days of anguish, stress and uncertainty due to a hold on our Chase bank account which was resolved thanks to the persistence of Mike, especially, and I, the SpotOn team of Susana and Jon were ready to go and in one business day the cc sales were deposited as promised! Many many thanks and congratulations for a job well done. Hopefully this wouldn’t happen again, but in any case we know now that we are in good professional hands.

With Spot on we were able to send links to pay invoices online. The fees seemed reasonable, and the next day funding for payments received was excellent. We cancelled our account with SpotOn in order to use a merchant service that was more integrated with our POS system. Even the closing process was straightforward and accomplished without any drama. Thank you!

I am disgusted with AMEX to the point of not accepting any longer, HOWEVER jon did everything possible to help me with a fraudulent chargeback. His communication and guidance were fantastic- the outcome sucked and I will continue to fight it.
