I am a new subscriber to Spot On. I switched over from a different POS system and with any transition of this size there are bound to be some hiccups along the way. I just wanted to take a moment to mention the amazing service I received from a technician I spoke with yesterday. When I redieved a call from Spot On, I assumed it was going to be a specialty tech that would help me with one or two tweaks that needed to be made. Ivan Monroy spent over an hour on the phone with me, helping me to fine tune and dial in every single issue I was having with the new system. He was patient, informative and all around fun to chat with. Amazing customer service a a huge benefit to the Spot On organization. Gave me his direct contact info for any future issues as well. Could not be happier with the service I recieved.

Krysta Simms was the best. She was always willing to help even when my ideas were wacky and took some problem solving. She always sticks with me and makes me feel like her only customer. She gets back to me quickly, she solves the problem, she is a joy to work with!
