We have been a Spoton partner for 4 years and have always had great service from their team, recently we added another location and decided to use Spoton there also, because of their great service. Chris Jones, who is part of the client success team, was very helpful and i am glad that people like Chris are there to help clients of Spoton succeed and become profitable. SpotOn can do a LOT - so much that it often feels overwhelming when I want to do something or make changes. We received great personalized training for the backend of the POS (which I deal with more often that the customer-facing side), and the company and our rep, Jonathan Smith, are always easy to contact and quick to respond when I have questions or need to learn to do something new. I can't now think of anything that we've wanted to do that the SpotOn team hasn't found a way for us to do. SpotOn also helped us through the initial setup and switch from a different POS to theirs - which was huge.
