Once the system's commands/operations are learned, it is easy to use on the daily without needing assistance from support. There are not a lot of errors that take place with our machine but when there are, the tech support and representatives provide the help necessary.

Payment processing is still has glitches Special the customer facing one when selecting apply payment it freezes and you have to restart the payment process on about 90% of the transactions

The software needs to be consistently working. It is often failed when charging and make double charges unknowingly.

Spot on has been fantastic for my merchant services account. HOWEVER, I would like a customer service expert to assist me with all of the other features that SpotOn has to offer....especially the reviews.

Like everything except the excel format for the reports.Would be nice to email reports without having to save excel report.Year sales is no longer added up on the dashboard. Have to add up each month to get year total. Excel makes it impossible to email a report from my phone, which would be more convenient for me.
