SpotOnReviews of spoton.com

Patrick has been exceptionally helpful and patient with us over the last few weeks, helping us navigate and trouble shoot as we work out the obstacles that come with opening a new restaurant. He always gives us time to ask additional questions at the end and has been available on short notice for multiple meetings. We appreciate all the expertise he has shared with us.

I have been a customer of SpotOn for a few years. Like most P.O.S. systems, problems will occur however it is definitely the employees of the company that will either "make" or "break" your experience. Jon Smith and Rich Barnes are two of those employees who made a positive difference. They worked diligently on finding a solution to my nagging printer issue. Jon maintained communication throughout this process. He called when he said he would call without me having to chase him down. That says a lot about his character. I have been in business for 37 years and have worked with many employees of other companies, it was refreshing! Cheers to Jon and Rick!

These companies are only as good as their employees. My account rep, Jonathan Smith, is an amazing problem solver and partner. Their customer support 800 number has also improved tremendously of late.

I was totally frustrated because as a 64 year old restaurant owner who has no technical capabilities I was at a total loss on what to do your team came to the rescue Kayle, David, James and Germain all where very professional and calming with keeping me from blowing my stack. They also offer educational opportunities and tutorials on how to optimize all the features Spot On has.

Spot on overall has been a great user friendly system. It takes some time to get to understand the back office features, but my support go to guy Jonathan Smith has but amazing in helping us every step of the way!

I rarely have any troubles with this system but what few hiccups I've had you guys are ON it getting things fixes or teaching me what I'm doing wrong!

Nothing but great experiences with our rep Krystle Simms. She is always glad to help out when needed and if there is an issue she can't fix herself, she gets the right people involved. Also follows up on time sensitive issues to ensure they are being addressed. Always a pleasure working with Krystle!

I’ve been with Spoton for a few years now and have been very pleased. They are transparent and are always quick to help with any issues. I have own a salon for 10 years and have gone through many processing company’s and Spoton is by far the best!
