There are many benefits of using SpotOn for your business but perhaps one of the greatest benefits is their customer service. Jonathan Smith is our Restaurant Success Manager, and he does an amazing job. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. As a bonus, he’s got a great sense of humor. I love that SpotOn is always working to be better everyday. They make our lives much easier, but Jonathan is the cherry on top, the icing on the cake. He’s all that and a bag of chips. the fact that no matter how what is happening there is 24 hour service and all we ahev to do is call. when we bought our system there was an issue with the main terminal (the mother board was corrupt) they replaced it quickly and with no questions asked
