Your batch reports need work. I like to write info under each entry, like customer name but there's no room. I really hate those pop ups every time I go to the website. Do you really need to show them each time I go to a different page and come back to the dash board. It's getting really annoying.

The payroll detail report, as well as others, have a font that is so small and so light it is almost impossible to read when printed. We need this report to enter our payroll numbers and we have to actually have it open on a screen to be able to read it for entry. we have requested that the font be enlarged or at least bolded but no-one even bothers to get back to us. There are other reports that use the same small font, same problem. This is also a challenge on their POS screens. They have these big screens but someone must have a fetish for small fonts. Even more troubling is the numerous system crashes we have experienced too regularly. This has happened at some of our busiest times which has created upsets with our customers and having to revert to a paper based capture of credit card information so our customers can get on with their day. We are then left with having to enter all of the information once the system is back up which hasn't been just a few minutes and has even been about an hour. This is not acceptable. We have been told we would be compensated for the time down but that has never happened. Entering new employee data requires double entry to get it accepted. There are multiple sites, not just one to gain access. Confusing. The daily recap report has way too much redundant information which is unnecessary and time consuming when you are trying to see the important data throughout the day or at days end. This happens when developers don't ask those that will be accessing the data what they need rather than just giving them everything at could possibly be available. On the plus side, our local rep is very responsive and helpful, their customer support is not immediately available when needed and has been disappointing.

I believe that the reporting capability should be much better. Pretty hard to drill down into some key data without expending a great deal of time between screens.

We have had many issues with OLO pickups and door dash delivery orders through online ordering with Spoton POS. Kitchen receipts do not print until 5 minutes before order is scheduled to be picked up. That does not give us enough time to make most orders. The kitchen receipt should print immediately with the customer receipt.
