SpotOnReviews of spoton.com

Our new contact with SpotOn introduced herself and made us aware that she was there to check up on us and help how needed.. Her name is Alaina Brown. She was very personable and professional as we needed to adjust our Credit Card Rate(s) at this point in time. Thank you Alaina! Mike, Owner, Lucky Lou's Tavern in Charlotte NC.

I had a great meeting with Chris Jones, my account manager. He was very helpful in helping me understand how to navigate the different portals and where to find certain invoices and documents. I’m glad I have him as an account manager.

Lowell has been extremely helpful from start to finish. He came and installed our new kds and even hung out to make any customizations, and answer we have any questions! Thank you Lowell and spot on !

Alaina was so extremely helpful and helping my event for our 30 year anniversary for my restaurant … she made it possible! Her assistance, her help her guidance went far and beyond anything I would’ve possibly expected! I truly appreciate her and spot on They were all wonderful.

We were fortunate that our account was assigned to Lowell for the last 3 years since we started our partnership with SpotOn as our restaurant POS system. From the very beginning, he has been an outstanding partner—always available by text, quick to respond, and extremely efficient in setting up and maintaining our merchant dashboard. His professionalism and reliability have directly contributed to the smooth operations and success of our restaurant. SpotOn’s culture of support and care is clearly reflected through Lowell’s work. Having a dedicated local team here in San Francisco is invaluable, and we feel very fortunate to be part of a company that prioritizes both innovative technology and exceptional client service. We’re grateful to Lowell and the SpotOn team for being such dependable partners in our growth.

Amanda was patience and helpful showing me the marketing tool for Spoton. She let me set the pace, was open to all of my questions and requested I schedule a follow up call if needed.

Toni McIntosh- I am really happy with the responsiveness of Toni. She always calls me back and is very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I was considering going with another company but the service I received from Toni kept me with SpotOn. This is a great local company and I will continue to do business with them for as long as Toni is there.

We used Spoton for years and allowed ourselves to be convinced that the grass was greener on the other side of the fence. LIES!! MANY THOUSANDS of wasted dollars later, we are happily back on Spoton! KAYLEE was a godsend! They reached out and helped us convert seamlessly back on to their platform. My GM told me the other day how thrilled she was to be off Clover and back onto a system actually designed for restaurants. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone was. Additionally Spoton is far superior in every way. I highly recommend Spoton for restaurants.
