They don't ship. They don't answer the phone. Trying to cancel the order. What happened to this company?

I will NEVER do business with this company again. Orders cancelled that never should have been cancelled. They take the order with no chance of fulfillment and then when prices go up, they cancel your order and don't tell you. You have to log in to see that your order is cancelled. When you email, you get a stock reply, something like "thank you for your email. We will take that into cosideration. Enjoy the outdoors." I don't care if their prices were half of their nearest competitor. I will never buy from this company again. Just terrible.

paid fot a years membership in oct. of 2019, placed 3 or 4 orders in the first couple of months, only problem was one was out of stock and cancelled without telling me. Christmas present no less! now called to place an order in june of 2020 and i'm told I wasn't a member? not worth the headache for $45 or 50 bucks . just won't do business with them again! was a member from mid 90s til around 2005, company must have changed hands, they are not trustworthy now!!!

Same story as most. Placed an order for ammunition beginning of April. Just now found out they canceled my order despite me clicking yes on keeping the back order Email they sent me end of may. Go figure they have now jacked the price up of what I originally ordered. I will never buy from them again and I’m going to try to get my membership refunded

Absolutely the most frustrating customer service ever- Ordered a new gun 9 days ago--gave them all info they asked for-- the only thing they do on time is Charge my card!! They did that first 15 minutes..They do NOT answer the phones, they have no intention of answering the phones- each email I send, they respond with the ridiculous Covid excuse;;;

Disgusting. Two orders placed at the end of May and two weeks later they are still not shipped nor processed. Customer service gives empty answers as when the shipment should depart saying that "it will be shipped in the next two days". Needless to say that this answer has been given me already 3 times in the span of a week. To Sportsman guide: if this is the consideration you have of your customers I really don't have many good words to spend for you.

Poor website inventory accuracy. They let you order items, knowing they are out of stock. Ridiculous back order and refund timelines. Now refusing to answer calls for customer service. A dumpster fire of a company from what I can tell. Poorly led, structured, and managed. I think they used to be good once a upon a time. I suspect ownership/management must have changed over. I will never order from them again.

I would like to give this place a NEGATIVE star but 1 is the lowest I can go with the current scale. If you want to get scammed this is the place to shop. They have the worst and I mean the worst customer service department in the outdoor supplies business.
