Made an order around 3 weeks ago of an item that was in stock or so they said.. now it says its going to take an additional 3 weeks before it ships.

I ordered a pistol frame July 1st I cancelled July 21st and have yet to get my refund it is SEPTEMBER 4th this company are thieves and liars!!

If I could give a quarter star I would! I ordered a special chair for a family camping trip and was promised it would be here the day before we left because they charged a ridiculous 2 day Fed Ex fee that I paid. I never got my chair until the day we got BACK from camping and when I emailed customer service TWICE, I never got a response so apparently they’re thieves and liars!!! This is the second time I gave them a chance to do the right thing and the second time I got burned! Disgusting company without ethics!

I purchased a ladder stand August 18th. Was supposed to receive it within 7 business days. It's September 2nd, and the item still hasn't even been shipped. Shipping status says shipping label created, and that's it. Emailed customer service to see what the holdup was, and never received a response. Called customer service, and a recording said they are not taking any phone calls. I opened a dispute on PayPal to get my money back. Terrible experience. I don't see how this company is staying afloat, or is going to stay afloat much longer with this awful service. I won't be buying from them again...

I made an order and somehow they snuck in the free 30 day subscription and then auto renew for $60 after the 30 day free trial.. I cant find any way to cancel that auto renew and I have emailed them 3 separate times about it and not 1 response. So I called them and there customer service says due to high call volume yada yada and hangs up.. cant even leave a messege so now I have no way of cancelling this and they are going to charge me . I will never order from them again and I strongly, very strongly suggest you dont either !!!

The one-star reviews are shocking, to say the least. My experience with them has been nothing but positive. I found out about this website around April of this year. Since then I have ordered a rifle, gun safe, and a magazine, in the past, and received them on time with no issues. Based on my experience, I must say Sportsmanguide.com is an awesome website! I recently ordered a Glock 19 and it is supposed to be arriving on Wednesday (tomorrow 09/02/2020). If I have any issues I will definitely let you all know. Unfortunately, They are out of stock on a lot of items now (assuming its because of COVID19). With that being said, I cannot wait for more items to be in stock because I do plan on purchasing more items from them. Keep up the good work. UPDATE 09/12/2020 I received my Glock 19 on time. No issues whatsoever. I personally feel like I needed to update this because there is a lot of negative reviews about this website and I know for a fact this website is pretty awesome. They don't have all the guns in the world but they sure as hell have alot I'm interested in buying. I'd recommend this website to everyone interested in firearms and hunting. I'm hoping to save enough by December to get the .500 S&W Magnum.

Absolute worst customer service! Do NOT give this company any credit card information as your cars will be used without authorization. The customer service phone is not answered and emails are ignored!!! Poorly managed business

Purchased a rifle from this company. Big mistake . they lied to the ffl dealer and me. Do NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGREAT IT.. STILL DO NOT HAVE RIFLE THEY SAY IS IN STOCK.
