I've placed multiple orders. Each has arrived quickly, complete and as described. The Serbian Camo Coat was beautiful. I paid $40.00 with my membership. It was worth easily double that. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about.

Placed a order, took my money and never shipped. When I called I was given attitude and was told that they had none of my information despite taking the payment. Now I am being directed to their credit department. This is ridiculous.

after numerous attempts to reach customer service to give new card number for final 4 pay plan payment, they in turn put me in collections for the first time in my 60 year old life! and I mean I called (never able to accept my call due to high call volume!!) or sent email every day for 2 months.

They kept pushing out my order for almost a year claiming it is on back order. They eventually cancelled the order without notifying me. The same item was made available for higher price and it is obvious they didn't want to fulfill my order that I placed before the ammo prices skyrocketed.

Ordered Ammo from here and they stated it was on back order and that they would fulfill it as soon as a new shipment was in which was no big deal to me as long as I received the product I wanted. As it turns out after waiting over 6 months for an update they just decided to cancel my order with no explanation. I passed on other deals for this ammo because I figured this company would honor their word in fulfilling the order when they could and now I would have to pay 5 times the original price in order to get it.

I was a club member with them for 5 years. Then, they sent me a coupon for $20 of any purchase of over $99... they REFUSE to honor it. After several emails claiming to fix it... they still refuse to honor it. They suck and so do their business practices. Stay clear of them.

Do not trust this company. They keep charging you. No free shipping all garbage.

I left the following review and they refuse to post on their site. Bottom line is free shipping is a hoax. Great product Great product except for the cheap case. Great shooting gun and the included scope is a good short range target optic. Sportsman Guide membership is not worth the price, advertising free shipping then charge you a “shipping tax” and a “transfer fee” which works out the the cost of shipping!
