Don't buy anything from these guys. When even the supervisors lie to you it's a bad company. I received my magazine after going through hell with them. But my lawyer told me to leave everything in the boxes and don't even open the magazine boxes. Just incase the rifle is defective. Said he'll be done going to court for a big case and will start on mine against these guys on Friday. I already snap shotted all the bad reviews on them and emailed them to my lawyer for the strees they caused to my ptsd.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!🤬 They are a true rip off! I ordered an indoor fireplace and they didn't send everything that was suppose to be included. When I called they said it's on back order, understandable during the time I ordered. Come to find out it wasn't back ordered, THEY CANCELLED THE SHIPMENT AND DIDN'T TELL ME!!!! Then, I cancelled my membership shortly after I ordered and 3 months later they charged me $50 for the membership!! In my account THERE WASN'T A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ON FILE, they charged me from what I used for my purchase WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! The customer service lady was rude and bitchy!! She straight up said that my concerns weren't her issue and she got what I wanted taken care of!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM!! 😠😡🤬

It’s a SCAM. They give you a great price, then they tell you it’s on back order several times and then they tell your order has been canceled after 8 months of waiting on your product. Then they want you to reorder at the new price which was 2 1/2 times higher then the original price. Don’t count on them. I called customer service they told me they would call me back. I’m still waiting on the call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

BIG SCAM !! Ordered items in january and they just keep pushing the shipping date back week after week. Last order was in January (is now april) and they say shipping date has been pushed back to May sometime. They still want your membership fees. They just scam everyone into thinking that if you pay membership fee you will get your product. They need to be shut down !!!!!!

Absolutely terrible pathetic company as stated by others. I placed orders with them over 1 year ago and still they keep back ordering the order items. As stated they sell the same product now for much more money, they simply refuse to ship backordered items in hopes they can rip more people off.

Looks to me that their business motto is to screw their paying customers. I have 5 orders backlogged going way back to June, 2020. We are now almost into April 2021. They took my orders when the prices were much lower, kept saying the manufacturer is back ordered and delay my orders months at a time. I have 5 orders in for various manufacturers and calibers. They all can't be backordered for so long. They also sell them now at higher prices. Surprisingly, those they have in stock. For this I paid $45 for a yearly membership fee. Total rip off. I've received my orders quickly through Targetsports.com and sgAmmo.com to name a few. Stay away from this company. They don't even reply to emails unless you keep following through. Read through all of these complaints. They all basically say the same thing that I just did. Next complaint is to the BBB.

Lousy company that lies about their in order stock of ammo. I am sill waiting a year for my "In Stock" purchase to be delivered. FALSE ADVERTISING! Do business elswhere. Don't trust them!

These people are liars, and Very unprofessional, Called about my order I was told that they have no ammo, and that it would be a few days, Well days turned into months, Now it has been almost 1 year and they still have not filled my order, Why? because I paid for 500 Rounds $94.99, so why would they fill my order when they can get 3 times as much. So they are willing to loss a customer then to complete my order. LIARS!
