I've had a item on backorder since August 2020, they sent me a email for new ship date 9/16/21, so over a year now. They sent email saying I could cancel backorder and reorder at a much higher price. But yet, they are selling item on line now. So waiting.... with backorder in the wind. Don't order from this company !!!

I have been a member for well over 5 yrs. I have ordered several firearms, knives, clothes, and military surplus. I have never had a problem. If something was not right they fixed it. Although ammo supplies have been extremely low when they become available SG sends an email/txt and I order what i want. I have seen several reviews on here claiming SG is a scam or a ripoff...i believe that that they either didnt know what they wanted or have no clue as to what they are doing. Either way i am happy with SG.

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY FOE ABOUT 6-7 YEARS. i HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ORDERS. If the item didn't fit or was not right it was returned without question. I have never bought ammo from Sportsmans so I do not know about that. I will continue to order from them>

I hope people are looking up reviews for this company before doing any business with them. I, too, ordered $250 worth of ammo last Fall only to receive the recurring backorder/cancellation threat emails. I will never order from them again. If they had the ammo in stock when I ordered or expected the amount they allowed to be sold, why didn't I get my order? They need to be putting together these back orders and filling them before accepting new orders at higher prices.

I went to this company more than once trying to purchase an item that they had shown in stock only to find it was on back order. Then you confirm backorder date only to be a moving target. They lie to draw you to the site. horrible customer service.

I tried to cancel a Sportsman Guide Amazon order and it was too late and Sportsman's Guide said I should refuse the package when it arrives. On May 29 FedEx came and I refused the package, per the their instructions. FedEx tracking shows this as "Retrieved Package" at 3:09 pm on May 29. The package is in transit back to the Sportsman's Guide. It is not in my possession. I also sent them a screenshot of a Messenger conversation with FedEx's Facebook social media team where they assured me it was on the way back to Sportsman's Guide. I asked the seller for a refund but they will not refund until the package has been delivered back to them. This is one company I will never ever do business with again. Horrible experience.

I ordered a 10'X12' 17 oz Canvas Tarp Product No. 704005 back in February 2021. I hung the tarp over my dog's yard to protect him from rain. The tarp was advertised as water resistant and suitable for outdoor use. After a month with a few tenths of an inch of rain, the tarp got soaked through and started dripping down into the dog yard. I replaced this tarp with a plastic one to keep out the rain water.

Ordered FIVE tree stand ladders at about $100 each. Two of them came missing main parts of the ladders with holes in the boxes where they clearly took the parts out and then taped them back up. Has been over two months and still have not received info on when all the parts will be here, if ever. Terrible company. Do not use.
