Long story short, I had three things in my cart in order for me to be able to sign up for the for pay. Then after clicking on the four pay option I was sent to a site called sezzle I was asked for a pen and never got one sent via text or call. So after waiting a few minutes go back and try again I checked my cart on the site and it was empty! Turns out they charged me for just one item! When I did nothing at all to finish any type of payment I even got a confirmation email. Still waiting on my money to be returned the first customer service person I talked to was sweet the second was kind of a b word who said they have no control over my computer or whether or not stuff gets paid for to which I told her that's obviously a lie and you guys are a scam. I would not trust his company at all or recommended it.

I have made multiple orders with them. I ordered a complete gun, a complete upper and a complete lower. Tons of hunting equipment and thousands of rounds of ammo. I have not had one single problem with them.

They sell nothing but Chinese made junk just an online knock off of Walmart junk their 20' tripod stand is junk I'm 195 and feels like I'm going to break it ordered cuddeback cameras from them to and they lasted about 3 months they need a class action law suit and be made to give people all their money back for selling cheap Chinese junk at American made prices

They confirmed my order then they cancelled it 5 minutes later I called customer service an d they were rude straight aholes I don't recommend this place to nobody this place should shut down

This site is a SCAM. Bought stuffs from them and never got it shipped. They charge your credit before making out a delivery. If I could give them 0 star, I would.

*DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH SPORTMENS GUIDE* Unintrested in conducting business in any meaningful capacity. Website acts like it was programmed by substance abusers. I tried over ten times useing different browsers and restarting my phone ect, to make my purchase and each time I received a message saying my card had "expired". How does a debit card expires four years ahead of schedule? Sportsmen Guide is ran by amateurs who have not even the most basic business sense. Costumers must be allowed to make purchases to actually have a functing business.

I always have trepidation when ordering clothing online and this was no exception. But the 4 in 1 parka was everything described and the one question I had was quickly answered through chat room. The order process was easy to navigate and I was notified when order was placed, shipped and expected arrival date. Exceptional service...

The 600lb capacity cots I got for me and my husband to go camping with, his broke after one night's use. I asked for a replacement because his bent at all the seams and he isn't 600lbs. Anyways I asked the chat representative if I could send pics over chat or in an email instead of trying to find a box this thing will fit in because it won't fold all the way and won't fit in the box they sent the replacement in. They told me to "modify" the box and send the defective one back. Then I called today to see if I could get a different solution because being told that didn't sit right because immediately after the representative ended the chat on me. I called today and the representative basically said "figure it out". Ok. I'll put it in the box that it came in. When it rips, I'm gonna duct tape the crap out of it and just send it that way. "We're not a box company. We don't have boxes." Obviously, shut up and help your customers come up with actual solutions. UPDATE: I was unable to find time to spend more money to find a box to accommodate this broken POS and this company had it in the notes that it is a HUGE inconvenience for me and will take some time to figure out. They charged me 130 and change on a SUNDAY which caused me to overdraft by almost 100 dollars. I can't afford this BS. 0 stars. Will not be back and do not recommend.
