Spent about an hour on the chat with 'Noah', one of the customer service reps going through all the different options. Noah was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful in making my choices. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!

These guys rock. I spoke to several individuals over a couple of months in preparation for ordering prescription sunglasses and every time was efficient, friendly and productive. Oscar and Phillip in particular were incredibly helpful, even filling in for each other's emails when one was out of the office. Communication was always excellent, they under-promised and over-delivered every time. And, I love the product! This is the gold standard of customer service and product delivery.

This is a great company! I have ordered several glasses from them. I made a mistake on one of my orders, but they fixed it for me free of charge. I was not expecting this so they have made me a raving fan. They have also sent me new nose pads twice for one of my sunglasses. You will not find better customer service anywhere!!

I had previously ordered through another website and paid $35.00 extra to have them overnighted and never seen a tracking number or anything so I called this company and they informed me that it was going to be at least 2 weeks before I got them. I canceled the order. I found Sport Rx and found the frames I needed called in and talked to Madison. She was fabulous. She not only took my order but before I placed it she made sure That they were in stock. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Madison you are AWESOME!!!

I had an exceptional experience with Sport Rx, especially with my service representative, Philips. He was smart, patient, and ensured a smooth process when returning my prescription glasses. I highly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would recommend them to anyone in need of quality eyewear services.

Oscar took a personal interest in my RX and made sure everything came out perfect. Now I can see and my eyes are protected! Thank you Sport Rx and Wiley X for my amazing frames and lenses.

I was a bit hesitant when shopping online for prescription sunglasses but Sport RX made it seamless. I received my gravity shades and they were amazing although too small. I should have investigated sizing more before buying but I was excited lol. I tried wearing them around the house a bit and noticed they just would not work. The next day I made a call and to my amazement they emailed me a return label and put in an exchange for the next size up no questions asked! Phillip from customer service got me squared away in less than 5 minutes and is keeping me informed as the exchange unfolds. Next up, The Boss from WileyX. Top notch product and top notch service. All of the customer service reps from first ordering to exchange were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from them again.

Oscar G. was super helpful & quickly responsive to my need. Had a product that had broken & they interacted with me & got things fixed very quickly. Any company can do good service when things go well, but the true mark of good service is when things don't & they shined. Thanks!
