I'm sorry the tariff was so high. When checking out, it does say that our shipping price does not include taxes or tariffs. I'm sorry if you missed this but we put this warning so you know. Because tariffs have been changing what seems like daily, we used to include the tariff but then by the time the order shipped, the tariff had changed so we were undercharging or overcharging customers. We felt that the best way to be fair to all parties was to have the tariff paid upon receipt so it was the most up to date amount. But we do try to disclose this up front at checkout. Again, I'm sorry it was so much, and we hope our government starts to loosen the tariffs in the near future has it has been a burden for everyone.

I'm sorry this happened to you. First, about the orders not showing in the system, as mentioned on the phone, all your orders show on our backend file for you. I'm not sure why they don't show for you, but we are not that web developers so couldn't fix that problem on the phone without contacting our developers. We mentioned that we will have a new site going live in about a week so hopefully that fixes the issue as it will be on a more user friendly platform. As to the address, we sent it to the address you entered online. The credit card processor only uses the numbers to "verify". (the numbers from the street and the zip code). It doesn't use the entire street name. The issue with the address is that you did not enter a street name. You entered a "house number" and then a company name so the company name came across on the shipping label as the "street name". While I agree that sometimes shipping software should be smart enough to catch this, I think because you had the business name there, the business name became the name of the street. The software doesn't verify if the address is legitimate, and we print the label from. We have to assume that the address you put on the order is correct. Again, maybe our new website will be able to better verify addresses before shipping, but I apologize that we didn't catch that you did not put a street name on your order, and the package was able to be shipped. With that being said, the package is on its way back to us and as soon as we get it in, we can re-ship it to you with the correct address. The shipment is not lost, just delayed due to this address issue.

I do apologize for this. We thought this item was turned off but for some reason it got turned back on. We don't know why, but we are a small company and we don't have a dedicated person to check inventory on a daily basis. Since we have our retail shop too, inventory changes over and the systems aren't connected. We also don't have the high tech, expensive inventory systems. Also, we do mostly prescription and with prescription we order typically direct from the manufacturer meaning we don't use what we have in stock. That is why we don't have "real time" inventory as it doesn't matter with manufacturer direct products. But I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
