I wanted prescription a snorkel for a…
I wanted prescription a snorkel for a trip coming up and put an order in last minute for one that had premade lens inserts. I legit needed it in less than a week, definitely my fault but I put in a message for support on the order. Customer service answered me back in less than 24 hours and technically they didn't have the exact thing I ordered, we made something work and it was delivered the day before I left for the trip. Really good customer support but maybe order earlier than I did ya'll and save them the headache lol.

Fantastic to Work With
SportEyes is a small women-owned business that is the real deal. They respond to your questions via email and they are flexible and easy to work with. They asked a lot of questions that were helpful, and went above and beyond to get me a great pair of prescription sunglasses. They are also one of the only companies in the US that does some of the more rare shield-style prescription glasses, like Bolle and Julbo. Highly recommend.

The support staff helped me with my questions, and very quickly!
The support staff helped me out answering all my questions. And they responded within one day each time! Unfortunately, their website did a poor job explaining the process of buying sunglasses and all the options you can get. They also need to define some of the terms they used to make things clearer. So I needed their help. Overall, the process went well. I am anxious to get my new sunglasses!

Glad we were able to help out! Some of the stuff is so technical, and some products just have so many options, it is hard to break it all down in a way that works with our shopping cart system. We do have some blogs that go into things more in depth, but calling or using online chat is the best way to fully understand options. Glad you were able to get help that way.

Sport Eyes is Fantastic!

Beware Tariffs!
Beware Tariffs on international orders! I know this is a universal thing but they could issue a fair warning on their sight that international orders can expect to pay an extra 25% tariffs on top of their total. Lesson learned: Never order from the US again!

I'm sorry the tariff was so high. When checking out, it does say that our shipping price does not include taxes or tariffs. I'm sorry if you missed this but we put this warning so you know. Because tariffs have been changing what seems like daily, we used to include the tariff but then by the time the order shipped, the tariff had changed so we were undercharging or overcharging customers. We felt that the best way to be fair to all parties was to have the tariff paid upon receipt so it was the most up to date amount. But we do try to disclose this up front at checkout. Again, I'm sorry it was so much, and we hope our government starts to loosen the tariffs in the near future has it has been a burden for everyone.
