Mixed feelings about this purchase. The original pair felt amazingly comfortable and very soft, so the product quality is definitely there. Unfortunately, when I ordered the wrong size, customer service only agreed to replace them if I paid for the extra shipping. Helpful staff, but paying extra just to get a pair that fits brings this down to a average 3-star experience for me.
