So I paid, plaid and attempted to redeem. The games were great and the pay out was great. But As several other people have also said in the past two weeks, I attempted to redeem to Skrill which I also received a message saying Skrill wasn’t working ( weird it’s working with my other casino apps ) but they said for me to redeem to my bank, which I have done. They have successfully approved my redemption. But it’s only been like a day and a half. But it’s not in the bank yet. So I’m still waiting to confirm redemption .. I’ll update one way or the other. But the game platform itself is awesome ! Just kind of difficult redemption.

Horrible expirence. You depsoit with skrill and expect to be paid out that way but NOPE!!!! They will say use your bank account well ok i have chime well nope they say chime isnt a bank account even thou i get direct deposits, debit card, credit card, routing and account numbers, savings account.

I didn't know I could live chat through the AI assistant so I sent a message through the make a ticket thing so I wasn't expecting to hear anything from them before Monday because it was late Thurs. night. I just had to send a bank statement with my new address, I didn't know att they don't except Chime C.A ex. as real banks for POA so I had to send another one. Customer Service is A1 2 different Agents was helping me Vincent and Roy. Vincent had to deal with me through the redemption process because I had to change from one to the other n all. I like this new platform. But I’m giving them a 3 stars for now until I receive my redemption. I redeemed on yesterday and everything is verified. I won $250 $150 to my Skrill and $100 to my bank account. When I checked earlier they both said approved. But went back and checked later, now only one of them says approved. So don’t know it said intantly to Skrill once approved. But that’s not the case. So once I receive my redemption I’ll update. This is an update on splash casino. I’m coming back with 5stars.
