It's been over 72 hours and i still haven't received my redemption. They haven't responded to my live chat wirh them in over 24 hours and they didnt respond to mIt's been over 72 hours and i still haven't received my redemption. They haven't responded to my live chat wirh them in over 24 hours and they didnt respond to my email. Edit They finally responded and lied to me saying my redemption request was made on Wednesday, that it will take 3 business days , and weekends don't count, so I have to wait until Monday. Which is a lie. I made the request on Tuesday. So 3 business days after would have been yesterday(Friday). Terrible customer service.
