I been waiting for a week for my cash…
I been waiting for a week for my cash out , after I contacted customer service ,they said contact them back in 3 more days, that B.S. it sounds like a scam, they take your money now, you win now, but got to wait days to cash out

Why am i not paid??
Large selection of games and if you can find the right ones, you'll win pretty decently. My first redemption took a little while because of the verification stuff, which i guess is understandable... I just dont understand why my most recent one is taking the same amount of time for my winnings to be "verified" and sent to my card..... And when I contacted C.S, they seemed like they had the "not dealin with this today" attitude and just kinda ended the chat. Then today, it tells me there's nobody available .... Here we are 3 days later and still absolutely no customer service help or response. Thats a $1000 redemption they owe me. 3rd update: a customer service person finally answered me and they just tell me that it's under review still then I'm still within my 3-day time period, which this would be day four... But said it's up to the financial department to release the funds. What is so hard about seeing that I won something from them fair and square?? I'm pretty sure I'm never going to spend with this app/site ever again. If it's this much of a hassle to get paid what's the point?

Did a redemption, don't understand though why it takes so long, States instant but is definitely not. Many other sites are actually instant. But seems okay will update when and if I get my redemption.
