Steve P.
Gonna stay away from this one.
Was recommended this site by someone. Bare in mind this is my first time using this site. However won't be using it, as it seems off. First of all I get promo emails telling me first purchase has special offers and when I click through I get absolutely nothing all the SC packages are 1:1 with usd so no extra whatsoever. Big banner on front page saying vegas riches looking like a promo and the button doesn't even work. Ran through my free SC waiting for a promo to pop up and it awarded me on my final spin which was kinda sketchy tbh. Anyway waited 4 days after sign up and still no promo offer pop up even with promo offer emails.

Hey Steve, First, we completely understand where you're coming from. It's truly frustrating to click through a promo and not see it in your lobby. At Splash Coins, it should never be the case, which leads us to believe there was a technical issue in your account. Every player that signs up to Splash Coins receives a free welcome bonus along with 250% extra coins (as of today) on their first purchase. If that wasn't the case with you, we are more than happy to make it right and give you the advertised bonus you're not seeing in the shop. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with details on your account and situation, and we'll take care of it as top priority. All the best, The Splash Coins Team
