This is day 3 of waiting on my skrill redemption from splash coins and I spoke to them just now and they said it may or may not be Monday depending on how long it takes them to review it bc they don't pay out on weekends... If they get it sent today they'll get 5 stars from me bc customer service was very kind and helpful and they'll have made the effort to not make me wait all weekend for my money... I'll post an update either way on if I had to wait or not... I checked and it still says pending authorization... I asked the live chat support about it and they said "Our team might have made a mistake on it. As trustpilot doesn't have the ID that we have, sometimes we identify other player by their reviews. Moritz says: Redemptions can take 3 business days to review, and weekends are not included (informed on our Terms & Conditions). Can you contact us on Friday (today) at night to check the status of it please? Thank you for your understanding." I will most definitely update my review as soon as it's all sorted out😊

Love the gane play so far and won alittle but. Redemption is alittle slow, lots of casinos you can get the approval same day and the funds the next. Ill keep praying but defiantly hope they make the Redemption alittle faster.

Crazy how yall reached out and i replied with the information but never heard anything back. Thats amazing. Its odd that the same person who was rude to me also answered my email also the same one who I messaged the other day on live chat who was again also rude and was the one who told me I would not be getting my money back the decision was final and said that came from the higher ups. Proceeds to say the Decision is final goodbye. Its odd how I was never emailed by "The Higher Ups" but anytime I reached out I always got the same individual even 4 to 5 days later. Be aware of this site. You win money and then bam its taken from you. There's a game as soon as you click on it. It says Free Spins play 50 free spins. Naturally I hit the button it took all my money and I sent a message the were to investigate never heard back ive reached out 5 days later after one emailed went unanswered then I went to live chat. Which the outcome was no surprise its my fault I purchased them but ultimately never played the game to even play 50 free spins. I have pictures I so wish I could upload them. These people are rude and liars and will take the money you win so they won't have to pay out. I would never spend money with these deceitful people again. The customer service is extremely rude and horrible refund yeah right solution it's always the customer fault

I enjoy the Splash Coin Gameplay user interface, graphics, and smoothness of the games. When accessing via my iPhone, the screen adjusts nicely to my phone. An all around enjoyable user friendly experience!

Awesome can’t wait

I had a very disappointing experience trying to redeem a $100 win from Splash Coins. Their website clearly states that prizes can be redeemed through Skrill, Pay By Bank, or debit card, and specifically states that debit card redemptions are processed “almost instantly, within up to 30 minutes,” while Skrill redemption requests are “usually processed immediately.” I had deposited using my debit card, so naturally I expected to be able to redeem back to that same debit card. However, when I went to redeem my $100, debit card was not even offered as an option on my account. My only choices were Pay By Bank or Skrill. I contacted live chat to ask why a redemption method advertised on their own website was unavailable to me. The representative was argumentative and repeatedly told me that if the option was not listed, I could not use it. When I specifically asked why their website lists debit card redemption, I was eventually told that debit card redemption is only available “if your bank allows it.” That is certainly not made clear when they advertise debit card redemption as one of their available methods. I then attempted to use Pay By Bank because I did not want to open an entirely separate financial account just to receive my winnings. My bank was not supported there either. That left me with no practical option except to create a Skrill account, exactly as their representative kept suggesting. Because this occurred over a holiday weekend and Skrill requires manual verification, I then had to wait several days just to get the Skrill account verified. Once my Skrill verification was finally completed, I immediately returned to Splash Coins and submitted the $100 redemption. I chose Skrill specifically because Splash Coins describes it as offering “unmatched speed” and says redemption requests are “usually processed immediately.” Instead, after submitting it, I was told the redemption could still take up to three business days for approval. Splash Coins now apparently distinguishes between an “approval” period of up to three business days and the actual payment being “immediate” after approval. Technically those may be two different stages, but that distinction is extremely confusing when you are advertising Skrill as being processed immediately and promoting it as the fastest way to receive your money. If a customer can wait three business days before an “immediate” payment is even processed, then describing the redemption as immediate is misleading in any practical sense. My biggest frustration is that depositing money was easy, but getting my winnings out became a series of unavailable options, unsupported banks, additional accounts, verification delays, and vague explanations. I also did not appreciate the tone of the live chat representative. Rather than acknowledging why the information was confusing or helping resolve the issue, the conversation felt dismissive and argumentative. I have screenshots of the entire exchange. Splash Coins should make its redemption disclosures much clearer by stating: * Debit card redemption is not available to all customers or all banks. * Pay By Bank only supports certain banking institutions. * Skrill may process quickly after approval, but the redemption itself can still sit pending for up to three business days beforehand. Had that been clearly disclosed up front, I would have known what to expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Splash Coins to anyone who expects the redemption methods and processing times advertised on the website to reflect what will actually be available when they try to cash out. Note: I put September 7 down as the date however it started the day before that and has been going on ever since and I still have not gotten my money. I also have screenshots from all of my conversations with the overly rude customer service.
