I am having difficulty getting someone…
I am having difficulty getting someone to respond to my inquiries. I put in for a redemption on the 16th. It is now the 23rd and nothing. I reversed the redemption and put in a new one today. Still haven't received any communication from anyone and still do not have my winnings. Needless to say I am not very happy. It is instant when they take your money. Why does it take so long to receive redemption?

So far not very responsive when it…
So far not very responsive when it comes to customer service. It's been almost 4 hours and still not getting a response after he gives his name. Did a redemption Saturday morning the 17th now the 23rd and still cant get a response to figure out what the hold up is... Update.. they ended up getting it handled. Hopefully from here out it is smooth..

Really frustrated 😩
Im on the fence and am still trying to decide where I stand. I will know more within 24 hours but right now it is not looking so great. I fully verified my identity and had absolutely no issues whatsoever depositing money but the minute I actually win and try to redeem this winnings, I keep getting an error stating that my social couldn’t be verified and verification is down. However my profile shows that I am fully verified. When I tried reaching out for support someone responded pretty quickly which pleasantly surprised me. But as soon as I informed them of my issue topic I was told support was unavailable at this time and they would reach out when available (how convenient) I read reviews and really tried to research before I chose a casino to try and I am very frustrated that after trying my best to pick a legit platform, I may have still gotten it wrong. I just don’t get why I am having so much trouble completing the basic functions that should be very simple. As I said before, no issues depositing money at all… so why all the trouble when I try to redeem??? And the support situation has me pretty irritated.

A decent social casino, but redemptions are too long
This is a decent social casino. Support is generally responsive and helpful. There was a great welcome bonus that attracted me here. Functions fine, ok game selection. I want to give this 4 stars, but all of my redemptions to Skrill have taken 3-4 days on average. Heading into 2027, this could improve.

This casino is absolutely bullshit they bullzhit you around on getting your money I redeemed my money on Tuesday they are trying to say that it was Thursday and I know it was Tuesday because it was the last day I made a purchase on my account and customer service is bullshit.

Still waiting on my redemption
I love that they have the shooting games and won a good amount on them but I put in my redemption on Monday and still haven't received it.. I contacted support and asked if there was anything needed on my end they told me no that I would receive my redemption by Thursday evening the latest.. but here I am Friday morning and still nothing. When I contacted them again I got a different representative and the tone felt dismissive and very rude. I will up date if I receive my redemption sometime today.

I really like that company of the game…
I really like that company of the game is where you have to look to find it if it not in the new or recommended section. And I recently have come to find out of the games that be hidden deep in the back of the rows be the ones big hittin!
