Scammers and fake profiles
I appreciate your teams efforts to eliminate scammers, which you did catch one that was trying to communicate. I wish there was a way to educate people that not all people on this site are fake. For instance a couple of days ago I sent a hello to someone. I used your pre-written responses and promptly was told by this person to " to quit sending these fake profiles" since she can spot them a million miles away and was promptly blocked by this person and probably reported. Please note I had passed the background check prior to sending a hello and had a green check mark. I guess is there any way we can help this person since I'm almost betting that she is blocking everyone and will not give the site a chance. I would gladly speak to someone so we can help her before your site receives an unfair review.
