Week old account and unable to login…
Update of an extract of my email to you in part due to limitations of maximum words here. Your reply is chronologically incorrect, surely honesty from a spiritual site should be paramount? Anyway, thank you for a personal response rather than the initial spiritual singles copy and paste style trustpilot response (which never addressed my initial complaint/issue). As for ignoring my emails to your site when unable to log in, until the trustpilot review appears leaves something else to be considered. Yes, I am initially at fault for not reading your sites terms and conditions which (understandable) forbids any synthetic profile image manipulation, I mean who really reads a sites T&T? Yes, my image was deliberately enlarged and had the background blurred as a child is actually in the background. This wasn't any deliberate fraud, just a privacy matter. I just used my in-built image app on my tablet to blur the background. What has cropped up in my thinking now is not the geographic unavailability of possible matches, but the practice of keeping old defunct members profiles to fluff out the quantity of members. Also the possible drip feed of apparent fake profiles as soon as one joins, by who?, who really knows. It's a somewhat common practice by your competitors, which is why I ceased using them. I am not saying you follow suit. Perhaps I'm too European for the American way of doing things. I have requested any data you hold on me, which as a European Union citizen is a legal requirement under GDPR. There's absolutely no legal reason why this is being delayed or held up for a bonafide business operating in Europe. It makes no difference whether your site is 26 years old or a day old, this is not proof of authenticity, the proof is how you operate and what's genuine practices or not in how the site is operated and thus your communication in said matters. Kind regards (regardless of our outcomes, or our spiritual paths we participate in).

Thank you for updating your review, Dan. I'd like to clarify what actually occurred so that others reading this have the full picture. Your initial profile raised several indicators that our approval team is trained to watch for when screening potentially fraudulent accounts. Later that same day, you uploaded an AI-generated image rather than an actual photograph as your profile headshot. Based on that, together with the other indicators our approval team had identified, your profile appeared to be inauthentic or potentially fraudulent and was removed from our active member database (which is why you could not login). When you emailed our webmaster asking about the login issue, we requested a brief selfie video to verify that you were the person represented by the profile. This is a security measure designed to protect our members from fake profiles and scammers—it was not related to your later GDPR Data Subject Access Request. We did respond to your email the same day, explaining why your profile had not been approved and what was needed to restore it. Unfortunately, your review states that you received no response, which is not consistent with our records. It's also worth noting that your account remained on our free membership level and no subscription or payment was ever made. As a result, there was never any money collected from you for services. Regarding your Data Subject Access Request, I have responded to you directly and remain committed to complying with our obligations under GDPR. We are also willing to consider reasonable alternative methods of verifying your identity before releasing any personal data. For 26 years, we've worked hard to create a safe, authentic community for conscious singles. That sometimes means asking for additional verification when a profile appears inauthentic. While we understand that can be frustrating, our first responsibility is to protect our members. We're happy to continue working with you directly to resolve this matter.
