Overall this is a phenomenal platform for finding like minded individuals. It’s easy to use and there are quite a few features that are nice like sending free pre-written messages and being able to place people in your interested box. My only suggestion to the developers, is it possible to get a different email notification when I receive a real message as opposed to a pre written hello? The reason I ask is because at some point I imagine women get way too many hellos, but not enough real messages. They may begin to lose interest. But if an email lands in their inbox saying they’ve received a message and it shows the first line then they’re more apt to jump back in and check it out. Just a thought.

The only real drawback to this site is the light population and distance between us all. I have little enthusiasm for long-distance relationships but am trying to keep an open mind. I'm about to meet someone who lives 5 hours away...

On average the people on the patform shared more info in their profile and were more responsive than on other platforms I have been on. The set of questions give a very good 'feel' of who the other person is. Hats off to all who made this platform possible!

A bit pretentious

This website is the only dating website I use and I have found multiple relationships here that will have lasted a lifetime. The only complaint I have is the matchmaker preferences. We should be able to filter our matches by the zodiac sign. if I only want to meet cancer women then I should be able to check that off and only cancer women will appear on my matches. Firstly, I would recommend an app instead of having to go through the Internet. Secondly I would allow the search function to locate members by location.

The vast majority of women I chat with online are excessively insecure. They may initiate a conversation, but will say next to nothing about themselves. Then after a couple of "getting to you" emails they cut off communication without giving any closure. My guess is that they find some fault, imaginary or real, it matters not - the real issue is that they fear opening up and simply look for any excuse to avoid a real conversation. Or suppose you put in a bunch of time and finally get to a phone call or to meet. And then you find out what poor communication skills means, i.e. they find humor in insulting you, constantly correct you, create drama out of nothing, are cold or selfish. So you tell them it's not going to work out. This is why she is afraid to talk on the phone, because she fears being told she is not ready for a relationship, or in other words, you tell her your not interested! Don't waste your time with people who play hard to get via email, you will be disappointed! A woman with good communication skills is a rare find on a dating site. So getting to know a woman on-line is mostly a joke. A few women will chat on the phone, but it's a minority. Out and about in our daily lives women with good communications skills and who take care of themselves physically, have zero issue in finding someone. So it's mostly the one's with no communication skills (95+%), that are attracted to on-line dating. For guys on-line dating is a waste of time, it's better to close the membership and go out and meet someone in person. And it's too bad, because practically on-line dating a great idea. But try starting up conversations and have people repeatedly flake out on you, and it starts to get old real quick... it leaves a bad impression of the opposite sex. Many will likely encounter heavy karma from all the snubs, and cold-hearted treatment they so frivolously dispense when dealing with other living, feeling beings.
