Great experience. Purchased a Beetlejuice animatronic that was missing parts. The Customer Service team were quick to reply and resolve the missing parts issue. On top of that, refunded me the original purchase prize and were sympathetic to my issue. This was even after Halloween. They have really great customer service and fun products. Even had a great after Halloween experience with purchasing the display and help Tearing down and loading into my vehicle.

Spirit Halloween this year is amazing we recently went to our Edinburg, Texas location and we're amazed at how many wonderful costumes and accessories were in store for us. The staff is so nice and provides answers to all your questions and even let you look at costumes if you ask them to take them out of the bag. Someone is always there to provide excellent customer service the ambience is awesome they get dressed up on the weekends and the kids love it. They even have free face painting.

my son wanted to visit spirit halloween for his birthday, i took him to the avenues location in jacksonville florida aug 28 2020. it was the best experience ive ever had with customer service. the young man that was there that day is the nicest person i have ever met. I regret that i did not get his name but we will go back there and always will for our spooky costume and decorations needs. going there for my 6 year old he said was as great as disney.......
