I did 2 different orders ordered costumes and makeup paid for 2 day shipping 3 days later still processing only makeup says shipped and hasn’t been picked up only label created it’s been in the same location 2 days when I contacted them they told me costumes were out of stock that they were delayed I haven’t received any emails with updates and told me to just cancel my orders.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! purchased halloween costumes first week of October. Tracked package. Stuck in another city for almost two weeks and no costume. Called customer service, told one would be overnight shipping, nothing. Called again, told the first customer service person did not actually do overnight shipping but they would take care of it. Two days later, nothing. If you need a costume DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Bad customer service. Visited a location in my town today with my kids. They were excited about the animatronics as most kids were. We looked at everything and while we were checking out the kids costumes a child came through swinging a pitchfork at our children. We pulled them away and nothing was said by staff which was fine, whatever. We go back through the store looking at the animatronics again because the kids enjoyed them. My son touched one of them and I immediately told him to stop. A staff member came up to us in a hateful tone saying that she has seen him touch several of the animatronics and if he touched more we would be asked to leave because they could be broken. While I understand this is a policy and for a good reason. I can't help, but wonder why my 5 year old is being singled out with a parent present to pay for any damages that may have been caused, but a child at least twice his age is allowed to wonder freely without supervision swinging props at other children unwarranted. It just seems like such a double standard. When we noticed he was touching something we immediately took action because we were in attendance and had there been damage we would have paid for said damage. We will not being go back to said location because I feel there was a more delicate way to handle the situation.

Avoid ordering online!! Ordered 2 costumes online, one got lost in shipping. The other one didn’t even ship because it apparently was “out of stock”, even though it wasn’t when it was ordered. I only found out when I called about not getting tracking updates after the order was confirmed, 9 days later and now both costumes are out of stock 10 days before Halloween.

Don't pay $30 for their Halloween sleeping stuff it has the thread falling out and can't return them because Because I threw away the wrapper Just bought them yesterday
