Went in and finally decided on costume! Got to the register, mind you that you can NOT try on costumes in store. So I was just hoping whatever I bought would fit. She says there is no exchanges on it because its tight, ma'am how do you know. Plus its a dress not like its a all in one or anything. The signs says you can only exchange no returns. I'm just not understanding!!!!

The costumes are great. Good selection. The problem is customer service , NO one answers the phones EVER!! I've tried 3 days to get a hold of someone and nothing. And it would disconnect me! I had a question about my refund statues and it was impossible to get anyone, for that reason I will never shop at your store. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Cashiers need better training as well. For the prices you charge you should be more on your game.! I wouldn't had to return if y'all had a dressing room. Everyone's back to shopping no reason why dressing rooms are still closed! Had they been open I wouldn't have had a return to deal with.

Store was fine, Kingsport store that is, but the people were working were extremely rude. We still bought $250.00 worth of items but after being harassed by a couple of vape smoking employees we stopped shopping and paid for what we had and left. Last time we'll go there

Ordered products from them which qualified for free next day shipping. Six days later no tracking, products are now showing out of stock and it's impossible to reach them. Pretty sure I will not receive the product by Halloween. This company is an absolute joke,

Bought a few costums and they didn’t fit. Went to return them and cashier and manager told me I wasn’t able to get a refund cause it’s past the deadline only exchange. Well thanks Spirit Halloween for ruining my children’s halloween. Will not be returning, awful return policy. Do better!

UPDATE TO POST: Just attempted to live chat with Customer Service, there are no agents available. You cannot talk to anyone. Attempted to call in directly to Customer Service approximately 10 times and was hung up on each time I tried to talk to someone. I even tried selecting different prompts and still was disconnected. This is such a horrible company to deal with, especially when they are at fault. Sent an email to guest services. I will be shocked if they even reply back. I attempted to place an order online on 10/8/2022. When I went to submit the order, I received an error message that my order could not be processed and to try again later. Placed the order again on 10/11/22. I received the order on 10/17/22. Then, I received the same order again yesterday 10/21/22. Just tried to return one of the orders that Spirit illegally placed without my consent and was told that I could only exchange the item. If I call or live chat with Spirit tomorrow and cannot get a refund issued for their illegal transaction, I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. Spirit illegally took $101.33 from my account without my consent.

Ordered a damn costume for my kid on October 9th 2022, and a shipping confirmation was sent on October 10th 2022 saying label was created. It is now October 21st 2022 at 11:52pm central time, so pretty much October 22nd 2022 and my order is still only "label created". I contacted their stupid customer service, which is non existent as they have never responded. It's almost Halloween and because these people are lazy and money hungry, I'm not only out a costume for my kid, but out of my money too!!!! This company just needs to be shut down as they run a horrible business!

I purchased “The Widow” online and it came very fast but….it is defective. Ok. No problem. We called customer service and the guy said he has no parts but….we”ll send you another one. Cool. A week later we get an email saying the order has been canceled because they were sold out. We call customer service again and she says we can expect a refund in 30 days. 30 days???? Ok whatever. That was 42 days ago. So we call again. She says she doesn’t see anything that says we are due a refund. I’ve been on the phone trying to get this resolved for 1hr 4m, which by the way, 30 was hold time. Never again!!
