Boise Overland are very unfriendly and unprofessional, I am trying to return an order online they plainly shut me off, there reason they can't accept return online order because they don't have access on it. I explained that plainly it said in the receipt I can return it in one of there 1500+ store. Customer service on the phone was not helpful same for employees at the store.enough there price is so high. Never again will get custome here. Till they fix the return policy. And people working there with bad customer service specially the lady with skeleton custome.
