And unfortunately, yet another one-star review. This company is truly incredibly bad. I’ve been waiting for a response for 16 days now, despite sending multiple reminders. My last reminder was sent 10 days ago—including to the email address that keeps popping up here on Trustpilot—yet nothing has happened. It looks like that email address is just a fake one intended to pacify customers. Spirit Halloween clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction, so in the future, I’ll shop where I actually get good service. Companies like this simply ought to go out of business; they have no place in the market. Response to the answer of spirithalloween: Exactly this is waht I wrote, it is just a BS response to show a fake interest to satisfy customers. If you want to have a nightmare experince for Halloween....... just try to get a good service of them and then you know the meening of Halloween.

Costumes ordered have never arrived. There has been no update on FedEx website for 10 days and FedEx only allows Shipper to follow up for updates. I called customer service three times and the last two times spent 30 minutes to over an hour on the phone with customer service agents who cannot directly check and validate anything and have to go check with "management" for each update, including for FedEx shipment updates. It's a huge waste of time and it feels like the agents' overall strategy is just to put you on hold until you get fed up and hang up. The agents are not empowered to give you a call back or send a follow-up email on status update after you spent an hour on the phone with them waiting for them to check with "management" on what's the status of the order. They cannot comment on any process or protocols if you have essentially a lost package - i.e., what are the next steps, how long do you have to wait for your missing package, etc. There is no history of the conversations written on the order so you have to start over again every time you call. The whole experience is like shouting into a blackhole. Spirit Halloween - I will disputing the charge on my credit card since I never received the order. If you want a history of the recordings/calls that I've had with your agents, you can check order # 610259661. After this experience I will not be purchasing from Spirit Halloween ever again.

I paid $65 for a fairy godmother costume just for the cape to arrive RIPPING AT THE SEAMS. Such poor quality and they charge so much. Never using spirit again.

The package never arrived; it has been 3 weeks, simply unacceptable. as well I can not get a hold of them.

You can’t call a store directly. There’s only one corporate number for every store in the US. The representatives barely speak English. They don’t know what’s in stock. They won’t give you a store phone number. Their whole business is a sham and unhelpful. Go to CVS.

if i could give it less the one I would. store was great but customer service was horrible, disgusting and pathetic wrong address put on package so I called about it. they said they said they would change the address and call. well waited longer. 2nd phone call I was on for an hour and a glad. found out address never changed and was sent back ro place where came from and it is now unavailable. keep in mind I never recieved an email about this. I thought was still on it way. then told me they can't exchange it because it's more money. so I would have to wait 7-21 days for a refund. I literally told them keep the money ey since I was t told wasnt available any.ore.they decided to switch and change address. I never recieved confirmation email so I called once again. the exchange they weren't aware of and started exchange. I then was offered 20 percent off um u get that coupon on thier site. I will never order again I still will go to stores but customer service is disgusting
