I am impressed with the level of service that I received. Had to contact them about an issue with installation of the product I had purchased. They worked for me and got it resolved quite satisfactorily.

I ordered a replacement part for my chair. When I had to call about a shipping question, there was no waiting for a person to come on the line and my question was answered. My order was quicky shipped and arrived on the expected date. All in all a positive experience. I did not have any problems when I ordered the chair either.

Brain a tech needs a thumbs up. He was great in explaining to me how to get pics to send to him and then told me he would need to get back to me.
