When I got my chair I had to tighten…
When I got my chair I had to tighten almost all the nuts/bolts also when my chair arrived there were no rear wheels. I tried to contact someone several times and it was very frustrating. If I had it too do over again I would use someone else.

Poor Shipping Process
My parents purchased two of your chairs in the last 5 years. My Dad's, the newer one has had too replace control wands twice now. 1st one was just out of warranty. So we knew the 2nd one was not covered. We placed the order for the new one on the Friday before thanksgiving of last year. We were told it will go out the following Monday, it did not. My Dad is a 95 year old WWII Vet who broke his back 4 years ago and the heat from your chair gives him what little relief he can get. It took over 3 weeks to get the part shipped because someone in your company kept dropping the ball. It did not seem to matter to some of the people I spoke with. Very disappointing. If he, or my Mom, ever need replacement parts, we have to go through you. Its not like we have options, but it felt as if you knew we have no leverage to get you to do whats right the 1st time.

The packing carton was badly damaged
The packing carton was badly damaged in transport. The chair was upside down on the shipping pallet with the bottom flaps open. All pieces of the chair were there, so delivery was accepted. The chair is comfortable, however the foot rest is too short, so my feet have to hang 6-8 inches past end of the foot rest -not very comfortable. The fit and finish of the chair is good. Assembly was easy. Just disappointed the foot rest was not longer.

Ordered cane holder for a jazzy 14 Elite had power chair received. A cane holder for a go-go scooter . Someone doesn’t know their job.

The chair itself is great
The chair itself is great, but I paid $44 for a cup holder that we NEVER RECEIVED. I called and sat on hold forever and had to talk to a person to get status... which they were supposed to email me. I would call again, but I HATE that I have to call and would rather email my request for either a refund for the cup holder or to actually send it to me.
