Less than a year after scooter purchase, we had to replace all the batteries for over $500. Now, nine months later the battery charger is dead and we have to replace that. I think their private margins are on replacement parts.

I paid extra for overnight shipping . On a hand held control , for my lift chair . It finally arrived , 4 days later . This is wholly unacceptable .

if I could give a zero I would. I have purchased 8 scooters from Spinlife over the years. I recently purchased a 3 wheel spitfire pro. the frame broke in 6 months. Even though I purchased the extended warrenty when the frame broke ( very poor weld) it took a long time (weeks) to get the replacement. on July 1 2024 the frame broke in a similar spot again due to poor welding. By the way I’m 80 pounds below the weight limit for the scooter. Since my call on July 1 I have heard nothing from Spinlife. Durring that time I have been without……. My advise 1) DO NOT do business with these people. They don’t return phone calls and emails. And a long history of doing business with them does not matter. 2) Did I mention DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Trade local you will pay a few more bucks but at least they can’t avoid BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!!!

Have not received battery charger. Paid credit card, no charger. Making an effort to pass on disappointment to others. Did houthies torpedo ship? EW-10 THREE SETS OF BATTERIES, no range more than 6 Km. Wish death would come soon. San Jose Police do not like EW-10 on streets. The only repair service 20 km away. AAA will not tow EW-10, although a member 64 years. To quote my doctor 'stroke looking to happen'. NO PHONE service terminated in May. Trying to order another phone, fail 'Robot' test.

I paid for next day delivery. Ordered on Tuesday and as of now it hasn’t even been shipped!

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! SpinLife and Golden Technologies do not stand behind their products! I ordered a LiteRider Envy power chair, which was delivered May 9 with a base from one model and a seat and battery from another - a quality problem from the factory. A service technician sent by SpinLife confirmed it could not be assembled. Neither SpinLife nor Golden Technologies would remove the defective parts from my small apartment nor send me an assembled chair. Their quality problem became my responsibility. I had to have friends box up the mismatched parts and take it the front desk of my building for Golden Technologies carrier to pick up. They missed the first pickup date and finally came June 6. They said they would waive the return fee (!!!) and that it would be another 3-4 weeks after the parts are delivered back to PA, until I get the refund. The chair would have been so helpful. The time, energy, stress, and disappointment have cost me so much. Obviously there are old, disabled people standing in line to buy their products. Don’t be one of them. They don’t care about individual customers. It would nave been so easy for them to make this right.

Never responded to service request ,despite being PAID IN FULL! When I sent a request for a refund your web site shut down. I WANT MY FULL REFUND$303 now

I ordered a custom-made lift chair for my husband at at the beginning of February. I understand since it was customized, it would take longer, but the delays have become ridiculous. Chair was ordered Feb 9 with shipping date of April 9. When April 11 rolls around they email me a new shipping date of April 25. Not surprised it is now April 29 and I checked the site to see the new shipping date is May 10. I call and complain and shortly after I get a text that the chair shipped. Not sure I trust that information. Had I known that they would keep changing the shipping date with no explanation I would have gone with another company.
