I ordered the wrong size and just wanted to trade for a bigger size. I call and since my daughter opened the box., I am unable to send it back so I ordered a new one but now I am out the refund for The smaller chair. My husband is in rehab so it just didn’t fit him. This is the 3rd lightweight wheelchair I purchased from spin lift. Could I get a refund and donate the smaller one to someone else who could use it? Thank You.

Great service in parts dept. Personnel in parts very friendly and very helpful. Ordered replacement parts several times and always satisfied with the help and parts received. Also ordered new power chair through SpinLife and had excellent help with salesman. Shipping and delivery was prompt. Only drawback is that you cannot try equipment before ordering and buying. Have issues with the way chair handles going over slightly raised thresholds and loading on vehicle lift. Had I have been able to try before buying I would have probably gotten a different model. Customer would have to pay a restocking fee and large return shipping. Company has no outlets where merchandise could be tried before buying expensive equipment.

For my 1st experience with Spinlife it honestly wasnt that great. The order form I filled out had a tech setup option that included indoor delivery in the cost. Well turns out the fright company doesnt do indoor delivery and I had to argue for a refund for indoor delivery. Then came the tech setup....my wheelchair was in the middle of my living room floor in pieces for almost a week. I called Spinlife to find out the issue and the tech contacts me and says nobody informed him my product was delivered.

Purchased a golden tech. Power lift chair I really felt I was going to receive my chair sooner and I got white glove. I realize now that the chair was shipped not from spinlife but from Golden tech. Then is shipped to the white Glove persons business who than sets up delivery. Given you throw a holiday in the middle of that what I thought was like a week could have been like two or three weeks in all had I not found a way to reach the company owner who came with his employee to bring me my chair thank you Tom from Tripeak repairs in Middleboro,ma so grateful as I had 1800 got junk remove my recliner that was my chair and my bed two days before and was using a smaller recliner that led to a mishap and a call to 911 to help me off the floor. So I give the credit to Tom for my getting my chair before the holiday.

We ordered an extra battery PACK not extra batteries. We got extra batteries that we cant use unless we take them someplace to have them put in. Paid $ 205 for the PACK. Have never received it. Keep calling they tell us we should receive an email confirmation, that it shipped separately. Never received email or shipping invoice or the pack.

Weight is off the heaviest piece is more than 35lbs, so it doesnt help much as my mom can only use in the house!

Purchased my 3rd chair from SpinLife. There was a discrepancy with the chair I purchased. It was a big hassle before it got straightened out. Plus, it took almost 2 months before the right one was delivered. I appreciate that SpinLife corrected their mistake, but it would have been nice if it could have been corrected sooner. The chair is wonderful and why it's my 3rd!
