Sales representative entered the wrong measurements for a chair, and tell me its my fault. Now I'm stuck with a 3,500 dollar paperweight and unable to move in my own house. Try any other company than these guys, they'll just take your money and run.

I have been waiting for my product for over a week from the final distribution center. I have not been contacted by the delivery services. I am a very disappointed in the services. The product may be good, but without receiving it, how can I rate it.

The sales representatives gave me the wrong information on a transport wheelchair, but I didn’t know he was providing the wrong information until the item arrived. I sent the item back after I was hassled in January 2025 and I still have not received my refund. I emailed to check the status of the refund nearly two weeks ago and after two months and two weeks still no refund, but SpinLife has the item back already.

I purchased a mobility scooter from them just the other day it arrived today damaged I sent them pictures. They did say they were going to send it to the manufacturer but I wanted to talk to them because I feel that the product they sent me was returned. It was a scooter, and then instructions they gave me. they said the battery needs to be connected when you get it it was already connected and it also said the battery needs to be charged because it will not have a charge on it when it arrived the battery was hooked up, and the battery was 100% charged plus The Styrofoam that was packaged in it was just crumbs. I sent them pictures of that. Also I tried to have them contact me they just don’t respond.

I guess Spinlife generic useless message from vendor didn’t see that I’ve already called 6 times and all 6 said they would get back to me , well I’m still a paraplegic and you never call back so everyone that’s the true response to this cya message from someone who knows nothing but send out a useless message. package arrived opened and totaly destroyed - can't imagine why a shipper would need to open the shipment - have no idea if anything is missing - am requesting the company take back their product.
