I never had a chance to use the Pride lift chair I was looking forward to. The freight company Spin Life uses was unable/unwilling to deliver the chair because my driveway is gravel. I didn’t know this would be a problem until I received a call from the freight company when they were ready to deliver the chair. At that point I had to cancel the order.

Purchase and delivery was easy and quick. Customer service answered all my questions and made the decision simple. I will say that the "White Glove" delivery left a little to be desired. They did move the bed to where I wanted it and set it up - then just said push the buttons and you will figure it out! I finally got it to all work after checking some electrical connections that were not made secure during the delivery. Frustrating for sure. All is well that ends well, and this experience ended well. The bed is awesome and well worth the price.

Edited: let me start by saying I initially had a poor experience, whereby I was led to believe my item (wheelchair tires) would arrive in 6 days, then once ordered I was updated that expected delivery would be 6 weeks. As you can imagine I was upset, so I immediately left a terrible review since it was the weekend and there was no customer service to reach. HOWEVER! That very next work day I was reached out to via email AND phone to help correct the matter. Furthermore they proceeded to go through root cause analysis and correct the mistaken procedure internally. And finally, while it took a few more days than initially expected, the item arrived in perfect condition and exactly as expected. I’ve honestly only experienced this level of customer service in a couple of situations in all my time shopping online. I fully trust Spinlife and, unlike so many ecommerce companies, they stand behind their commitment to serving customers. Kudos to the entire team!!
