SpinLife.comReviews of spinlife.com

Spin life is a wonderful company. This is my 2nd scooter purchase for my Mother and they the best customer service. I never have to worry about getting the support we need, either me or my mother that has called. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs have been met and questions are answered. Thank you for that. The scooter itself has been amazing.

Responded with quick email which allowed me to get what I needed without jumping through 1000 hoops! Thank you!!

excellent selection, very easy to order online and arrange for shipping as well

I used SpinLife for my first scooter more than 10 years ago the service was great. I wanted a new scooter so I went back to Spin life couldn’t find a Revo 2.0. It all started with the Great lady leading me to the people to help me. Service was very professional lots of patience caring. All I have to say is I would recommend this company to everyone

Very professional in the way I was treated. Great communication in all aspects of the sale. 5 days after the sale we have the 4 wheel scooter arriving at our home. Good price as well. The price was great compared to others. Dealing with a USA dealer and manufacturing company beats out of country unknowns and questions on their equipment. TR

I appreciate your quick responses to my situation of a Golden Technology motorized recliner that has stopped working three different occasions in June and July 2026. My 94 year old mother with dementia uses it day and night and has patiently endured uncomfortable positions while waiting for replacement remotes. After the original remote broke, I received a remote that stopped working after two weeks. The remote was hot so I unplugged the chair because the remote was a fire/electric hazard. I received another remote and it lasted for a week and was also warm. I researched and discovered these problems with the recently sent remotes might likely be due to a faulty motor or control box. I discussed this with an agent and then a technician and am very pleased I received needed items today July 30. I am looking forward to a technician who will install the items needed for the chair to work again. Thank you to all the agents and technicians who answered my phone calls over the last two months.

Quick turnaround!

so far all i have done is order a part!!
