the power chair stopped working the night it was delivered aqndf I am told I will have to pay to have a technician to come and repair
the power chair broke down 3 times over the next week. I called the company and I was told Would have to pay for a technician to come out. That was after 3 days of delivery. I was also told that the extra in house service was just for parts. This is supposed to be a reliable company. I Question that. I feel tottally ripped off. I need it repaired, am waiting to have technician come and will then have to fight the charges.

Slow Delivery
I ordered a ROHO cushion on 2 Jul 23, and never got any tracking info. I just called Spinlife and they said the delivery was estimated by 24 July. Three weeks seems like a long time to wait for an important item.

Not much went right
Order cancelled because of lead time. Damaged scooter was shipped anyway even though order was cancelled. Made second order after I was told the lead time was 20 days. After order placed I was given a ship date of 57 days from my order. Pretty awful handling of just about everything.

When I received the scooter
When I received the scooter, the box was damaged and the scooter has a crack on the black plastic in front by the wheel. I had sent an email and I haven’t heard anything back.

Frustrated...You may not have a record e-mails that I sent but I have all of them that show when they were sent and eventually responded to ..Again a failed system.
After the repair tech comes to the home and evaluates the chair then he should deal directly with Spinlife.The process now is so messed up.Difficult to get a return response until I had to reach out to a Supervisor.It was like they weren't even reading my e-mails..Very Frustrating. There has to be a better way to get parts for a very good chair. This way sucks.When I was able to reach my parts representative he was very nice but it was difficult to make contact and understand what he needed to get me to order the part.There has to be an easier and better way to do this ordering of repair parts.

Disappointing Customer Service
I've been buying scooters and other products from SpinLife for close to 20 years. Recently I have been terribly disappointed in their customer service. You can't reach a customer service rep. at their posted hours of operation and when you leave a message it takes too long for them to return call. They have change their site navigation making it harder to access your account information. I really don't want to search for another vendor but may have to.
